Checking in at the hotel is arranged upon presentation of passport or other identification document.
Check out time — 12 p.m. local time.

Check in time – 14 p. m. local time.

Early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability).

early check-in from 5 A.M. till 12:00 P.M.- 50 % of the room rate;
late check-out from 12:00 P.M. till 18:00 P.M. — 50% of the room rate;
late check-out from 20:00 P.M. — 100% of the room rate.

Payment for accommodation and additional services is made by fixed prices, according to the hotel price list approved by Management. Payment is made in Russian rubles in cash, by Bank transfer or by Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay.

Please leave your valuables in safe at the reception of the apart-hotel. The apart-hotels Administration is not responsible for loss of guests' valuables left in the room.

By request of a guest and with the consent of the administration, the presence of unauthorized persons in the room is allowed from 08:00 A.M. till 23:00 P.M.; to do this, the visitor must provide the administrator with his/her identity card.

In the case of a visitor’s delay after 23:00 P.M. or if a registered guest comes in the apart hotel with an unauthorized person at night (from 23:00 P.M. till 05:00 A.M.) this person will be registered as sharing a room with the guest and charged according to the price list.

The apart-hotel “TULPAR”  is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency electrical shutdowns, water shutoff etc).
 

The guest must:
- when leaving the room to close the taps and windows;
- follow the Accomodation Rules;
- keep cleanliness and public order in the room and in the apart-hotel;
- strictly follow the Fire Safety rules;
- compensate for any loss or damage of the apart-hotel property. Damage assessment will be based on the price list for property damage;
- be responsible for their visitors' actions;
- exclude the possibility of infection in the room;
- in time and thoroughly pay all the additional hotel services used.

 Strictly prohibited:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room, and give them a room key;
- keep bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances or mercury;
- keep the animals in the room;
- smoking in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the apart-hotel;
- be in an alcoholic or narcotic intoxication;
- use the heater if it is not provided in the hotel room;
- disturb the guests in the adjacent rooms.

All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty is 5000 rubles.
